Had a pretty good week and met all of the objectives. As a bonus did a 20 mile training run on Monday. Did that in a little over 3 hours. Did a spin and run brick today. Tomorrow will hopefully do a swim and a run.

New year training

The plan is to train for the New York City Triathlon in August. This week will attempt to run and swim on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and run and bike/spin on Tuesday and Thursday. Long run on Saturday.NY City Triathlon
